This policy explains what personal data Breizh’IT collects, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. No data is sold, rented or used for advertising. This is a courtesy translation; the French version prevails.

Contact or quote request, estimate configurator: name, email address, phone and company (optional), configurator answers and message content. Purpose: to answer your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Booking a call: name, email address, phone (optional), topic and chosen slot, to organise the call and send you the confirmation and calendar invitation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
Client relationship (quotes, invoices, project area, maintenance contracts): contact details, exchanges, project documents and files, time spent and commercial follow-up. Legal basis: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.
Accepting a quote online: typed name, hand-drawn signature, date and time, IP address, browser and a digital fingerprint of the signed quote, kept as proof of agreement. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest in proving the agreement.
Emails sent from Breizh’IT’s management tool (replies, confirmations, reminders): a copy is kept to follow up the relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Reviews and testimonials: name, role, company, rating and text. They are only published with your explicit agreement, given when you submit them, and you can have them removed at any time. Legal basis: consent.
Newsletter: email address, confirmed through a link (double opt-in). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Legal basis: consent.
Audience and performance measurement: page views, traffic source, technical speed indicators. Measured with an in-house tool, without cookies, using a truncated IP address turned into a non-reversible identifier renewed every day; no individual profile is built. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site.
Contact, estimate and booking requests not followed up: 12 months after the last exchange.
Client data, quote acceptance evidence and follow-up emails: duration of the relationship, then 5 years (limitation period).
Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Published reviews: until you ask for removal.
Audience measurement: aggregated data kept for 24 months. Technical logs: 12 months.
Data is only accessible to Breizh’IT.
It is hosted in France by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (www.ovhcloud.com), which also sends the emails. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Videos of some projects are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo: they are only loaded if you hover over their thumbnail or start playback (see the Cookie settings page).
The site is served over HTTPS only. The admin area is protected by password and two-factor authentication, and data is backed up daily.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to breizhitcontact@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within one month at most.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
